Death of Major Characters in Jujutsu Kaisen

Satoru Gojo

Satoru Gojo is the most Powerful modern jujutsu sorcerer. He appears as the main character Jujutsu's teacher and is the head of the Gojo family.

Gojo's cursed technique is called "Limitless", which unfolds around his body. This cursed technique can embody infinity. Even if you hit him with a attack, it will be nullified by this cursed technique. He fought a close battle with Sukuna, the king of curses who was said to have the strongest curse, but lost by a narrow margin and died. His death is a shocking event among the Jujutsu Sorcerer, and some seem to think that the world would end without him.

Suguru Geto

Suguru Geto is the same Special-grade jujutsu socerer as Gojo Satoru. They were best friend in jujutsu high school.

Suguru's cursed technique is called "Curse Manipulation", which manipulates various Cursed Spirits. At first, he was an excellent Jujutsu Sorcerer with a strong sense of justice, but he became mentally ill due to mission to protect Riko Amanai and various unfortunes, for example he learned about the death of his juniors and the stupidity of people who don't have cursed powers. he became a Cursed User, killing all non-sorcerers. Nobara Kugisaki

Nobara Kugisaki is a student at Jujutsu High School and classmate of Yuji Itadori. She is from the countryside and is portrayed as admiring Tokyo, but it seems that she actually hates the countryside due to the discrimination she faced when she lived in the countryside. Her personality is toxic, but she has a humor that appeals to anime fans

Nobara's cursed technique is called "Straw Doll Technique", which allows her to curse her enemies with straw doll, nails, and a parts of enemy's body, (for example haired, arms, etc...) she was killed by special-grade curse sprits Mahito during the Shibuya Incident. Her cursed technique is Mahito's weakness, but she falling Mahito's clever tricks and she is attacked by Mahito's "Idel Mutation" and die.

Her last words to Itadori were, ”It wasn't that bad.”

Nanami Kento

Nanami potentially had the potential to become a Special-grade Jujutsu Sorcerer, but he died after Mahito, a Special-grade cursed sprit, used "Idel Mutation" on him. his death is affects Itadori mentallty, but Itadori doesn't become mentallty ill and becomes more powerfull .

Yuki Tsukumo

Yuki Tsukumo is one of the special-grade jujutsu sorcerer. she is the person Tohdo Aoi admires and was one of the reasons why Suguru Geto went dark side. Yuki Tsukumo realizes that she cannot defeat Kenjaku in battle, so she creates a black hole and self-destructs, engulfing her opponent, but she dies without being able to defeat Kenjaku.

Masamitchi Yaga

Masamichi Yaga is a teacher and president of jujutsu high school. He wears a glasses and looks scary, but his Cursed Technique is "Puppet Manipulation" and he can manipulate puppets, which are cute puppets of his choice. The Pupets he controls are also very ferocious, as there is a scene in which they hit Itardori without any hesitation, and it is true that their appearance and personality are the opposite of each other.

He was the first character to create a sentient cursed puppet, Panda. He got caught up in a fight over this technology and was killed by Kyoto High School president Yakuzenji. Panda was saddened by the corpse of Yaga, who could be considered his parent, but he did not shed any tears.

Naobito Zenin

Naobito Zenin is the 26th head of the Zenin family, and he speacial-grade first jujutsu sorcerer. he is the uncle Maki and Mai Zenin and Megumi Fushiguro. his cursed technique is called "Projection Sorcery". which allow him to divide 1 minite into 24, By determining him actions within the 24 divisions in advance, he can trace them and act quickly. He is said to be the fastest Jujutsu Sorcerer due to this Cursed Technique.

He is seriously injured in a fight with Dagon, a special-grade cursed sprit, and loses one of his arms, but after defeating Dagon, Jogo, a special-grade cursed sprit, comes to him, and he is attacked by Jogo's magma and dies. His death sparked a battle for succession to the Zenin family, but later the entire Zenin family was slaughtered by Zenin Maki.

Mekamaru(Mutakoukichi)

Mekamaru is one of the student at Kyoto Jujutsu high school. His cursed technique is "Puppet Manipulation," the same technique as Yaga, But what he controls is a robots. He also has Heavenly Restriction, which causes severe pain throughout his body and allows him to gain high Cursed power in exchange for partial body defects and infirmities.

He pretends to be on the side of Cursed users such as Kenjaku, but it is in order to obtain information about them. However, when he noticed this, he engaged Mahito and cornered him, but was killed by Mahito's Domain Expansion. He loved Miwa when he was alive, but he died without being able to express his feelings to her. Even after he died, he controlled the robot and helped Itadori and his friends.

Mai Zenin

Mai Zenin is Maki Zenin's younger sister. She is a student Kyoto Jujutsu high school and seems to hates her older sister.

her Jujutsu technique is called "Construction Jutsushiki", which allows her to create things out of nothing using her cursed power. but she also hates Jujutsu sorcerer, her cursed powers are lower then other jujutsu sorcerers. Although she can only shoot bullets that she makes herself, she is good at long-range shooting, and in the story, she was able to successfully shoot from several hundred meters. She seems to be better at sniping than Jujutsu manipulate.

Maki died scene after the Culling Game began. Her father threw her and her sister into a punishment chamber infested with Cursed Sprits. As they were in a dangerous situation, Maki made up her mind and led her sister into her spiritual world. There, Maki starts talking about why Jujutsu Sorcerer twins are bad luck. Please check out Jujutsu Kaisen for the story. And Maki sacrificed her own life for her sister, making Maki the perfect Heavenly Restriction. In the end, Maki told her sister to "destroy everything" and died.

Hajime Kashimo

Hajime Kashimo is an incarnate Jujutsu Sorcerer from the past who appeared in Culling Game. he can manupulate lightning with his cursed power and wear lightning to move faster.

He was a Jujutsu Sorcerer born 400 years ago and was the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer at the time. After defeating Panda in the Culling Game, he engaged Hakari, who defeated Hakari and formed a partnership with Jujutsu high school side. After Satoru Gojo was defeated by Sukuna, he fought with Sukuna at will, but was defeated by Sukuna.

Naoya Zenin

Naoya Zenin is the son of Naobito Zenin, the 26th head of the Zenin family. his jujutsu technique is also called "Projection Sorcery" like Naobito's.

Haruta Shigemo

Nanako & Mimiko

Nanako and Mimiko are a Cursed user on Kenjaku's side and twin sisiter, They admired Suguru Geto but Geto became a Pseudo-Geto and was hated. they appeared Shibuya Incident and Jujutsu Kaisen 0. They made Itadori eat 10 of Sukuna's fingers and died helping Sukuna revive. Since Sukuna was able to take over Itadori's body, they beg Sukuna to kill Preudo-Geto, but are told it was disrespectful and are cut in half to death.

Riko Amanai

Riko Amanai is a high school girl, but she is an unlucky character who was chosen as a container/sacrifice by Star Plasma Vessel, Master Tengen, a god-like being that protects modern Japan. Master Tengen has set up a barrier to protect Japan from cursed sprits, but in return he must arrange for a human host every few decades. That is the role of Star Plasma Vessel, and Riko Amanai is sacrificed to Master Tengen for it, so she is escorted by Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto, but Toji Zenin is hired by a person who is trying to prevent Master Tengen's survival. Touji Zenin (Hushiguro's father)

Junpei Yoshino

Junpei Yoshino is a normal high school students. He was originally bullied at school and begins to feel a desire for revenge against the person who bullied him, but he becomes friends with Itadori and gradually becomes a brighter person. but he was fooled by a special-grade cursed sprit called Mahito and became a cursed user. Now able to use cursed power, Junpei uses it to get revenge on the person who bullied him, but is stopped by Itadori. He decides to quit being a cursed user, but is turned into cursed sprits by Mahito's Idle Transfiguration and is killed by Itadori reluctantly.

Mahito

Mahito is one of the Special-grade cursed sprits and a Cursed sprit on the Preudo-Geto side. He can be said to be the character who killed off the main characters the most in the series. For example, Junpei, Nobara, Nanami, Mekamaru, etc. His cursed technique is Idle Transfiguration, which allows him to change the shape of the souls of those he touches. He used his powers to torment the Itadori by turning many humans into cursed sprits. When he is about to be defeated by Itadori, he asks Preudo-Geto for help, but as if waiting for him, Preudo-Geto incorporates Mahito into his own cursed technique, Cursed Spirit Manipulation, and uses Mahito essentially lost his soul form and died.

Jogo

Jogo is one of the Special-grade cursed sprits and a Preudo-Geto side character. He is a character with a volcano-like head and one-eyed face, and is beaten up by Satoru Gojo in the early stages, but his ability is a cursed sprit that would be very strong if Gojo Satoru and Sukuna are not included. his cursed techinique manipulate magma and fire. The magma he manipulates is powerful enough to burn up an area in an instant, his cursed power is sophisticated enough, and he can use Domain Expansion. He confronts Sukuna, who has taken over Itadori's body, and promises to take Jogo's side if he can land even one attack on Sukuna. He was killed by a cursed techinique used by Sukuna to manipulate fire.

Hanami

Hanami is also one of the Special-grade cursed sprits, and is a Preudo-Geto side character who manipulates flowers and plants. He was a powerful character who played an active role in the battles against Itadori and Toudou, but was quickly crushed by Gojo's Unlimited Void during the battle with Gojo Satoru in Shibuya Incident.

Dagon

Dagon is a Special-grade cursed sprit, a character with a red face like an octopus, and a character from the Preudo-Geto side. he manippulates fish and water. In the Shibuya incident, after eating a large number of ordinary people, he involved the people he met, Naobito Zenin, Nanami, and Maki, in his Domain Expansion. The fish he controls are very ferocious and are cursed sprits that use an unusual cursed techinique that allows him to control infinite number of cursed sprits that look like enlarged piranhas.

Eso

Eso is a half-human, half-cursed sprit created using a special human called Cursed Womb: Death Paintings, which impregnates cursed sprit children. Besides him, there were nine other brothers, each sealed in a palm-sized test tube. It was revived in modern times by Preudo-Geto. He puts up a good fight against Itadori and Nobara, but is ultimately killed by Nobara's cursed techinique, which is a bad match for him.

Kechizu

Kechizu is also one of the characters in Cursed Womb: Death Paintings and is the younger brother of Eso. (I assumed that Kechizu is the younger brother since they treat each other like brothers.) Kechizu seems to be less intelligent compared to Eso and Choso, but his cursed technique is powerful, and when exposed to his blood, it becomes poisonous. This attack leads to severe pain and death. In the battle with Itadori and Nobara, he fought well, but he died.
