Rize Kamishiro is a Female Ghoul who apeared in Tokyo Ghoul.

She has very beautiful long hair and is intelligent, such as wearing glasses when reading books, but she eats so many humans that the CCG calls her the "Binge Eater". Normally, Ghoul can survive for about a month by eating one human, but Rize preys on humans dozens of times a month. Ghoul has set a rule that only one person per month can be eaten in each ward to avoid being noticed by the CCG, but Rize breaks the rules and is treated as a nuisance by those around her.

Before Rize became a regular customer at Anteiku, she moved around from district to district. According to her, "too boring". Eating humans didn't satisfy her appetite, and she tried to vent her desire in other ways.

Rize's true identity is a Ghoul from the Washu family. Washu is a member of the Ghoul family who came to Japan from the West and pretended to be a human at the top of Japan's CCG. Her foster parents are Shachi, who was accommodated in Kokuria and SSS rate Ghoul, and it seems that Shachi is not Rize's biological parents. Also, her name Rize Kamishiro is not her real name and her name is not revealed in the story.
